ASOCAMEN is the Association of Producers, Packers and Exporters of Garlic, Onions and Related Products of the Province of Mendoza in the Argentine Republic.
Mission
ASOCAMEN is a non-profit entity that brings together producers, packers and exporters of agricultural products related to alliaceae, led by garlic as the emblem of Mendoza. It works tirelessly in defense of the interests of the sector, managing public and private entities, promoting favorable conditions in international markets, promoting access to innovative technologies and disseminating the competitive advantages of Mendoza production. Their work positively impacts the entire production chain, from the producer to the final consumer, strengthening supplier companies and the regional economic ecosystem.

History
Founded in 1992, ASOCAMEN emerged in response to the needs of a thriving productive sector with great projection in Mendoza. Since then, it has been key in the formalization of the sector, promoting quality standards, openings of international markets and harmonious labor relations. Among his notable achievements is the implementation of the antidumping duty in Brazil against Chinese garlic, guaranteeing the profitability of the sector in Argentina. ASOCAMEN continues to lead efforts in favor of fair competition and the balance between effective controls and efficient logistics, cementing its reputation as an indispensable player in agricultural trade.
